John Enagonio provides design coordination and construction administration, primarily for projects in Baltimore. He joined Somerset as a project manager in 2014 and provided oversight on Linden Park Apartments, the company's single largest residents-in-place rehab to date. On a consulting basis, he has assisted Somerset with due dilligence, design, bidding, and construction administration on new construction, tenant fit-out and other projects. He believes in establishing responsive and accountable teams, with early warning to ownership on potential cost escalations and other construction risk elements.

Prior to his tenure with Somerset Development, he was director of real estate for a large special needs housing non-profit collaborating with county leadership in Montgomery County, Md. Among othe projects, he led the effort to develop Cordell Place, a single-room occupancy facility in Downtown Bethesda for 32 homeless individuals with on-site social services offices.

John has a Masters in Real Estate Development from University of Maryland, a program with an inclusive focus on design and entitlements, financial analysis, risk control, and production management.
