A semi-public reading patio will connect the library to a future public park, and a 2,500-square-foot community room, shared by residents and community organizations, will support programming from the library, the Women’s Housing Coalition, and the Rebuild Johnston Square Neighborhood Organization. The development team includes Somerset Development Company, New Community Partners, ReBUILD Metro, Harkins Builders, and Quinn Evans Architects, working in close partnership with the City of Baltimore and several community organizations.
