The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development has honored The Hammond at Greenmount Park with their Multifamily Housing Outstanding Community Revitalization Award. The Award was presented to Somerset Development Company, ReBuild Metro, Quinn Evans and Harkins Builders at the annual Maryland Affordable Housing Coalition’s Spring Breakfast with the Secretary event.
